We accept returns/replacements only with their original packaging and unused conditions. In the case of the item being defective, size mismatch, missing accessories or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements. In the case of dissatisfaction with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount. For exchanges, additional delivery charges will be applied. We accept refunds through online banking only. In other cases, you can either opt for an exchange or drop by our office at Thamel, Kathmandu to get the refund.

The product once sold and delivered in foreign country will not be returned and refunded.
