1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by informing us in prior before the products have been shipped. We provide a full refund facility even if you have ordered your product online.
2. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund.If you have paid online, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
3. When are the returns are not possible?
We accept returns/replacements only with their original packaging and unused conditions. In the case of the item being defective, size mismatch, missing accessories or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements. In the case of dissatisfaction with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount.
4. Can I exchange the product with something else? What are the terms & conditions for it?
You can exchange the product with something that you’d prefer more. For exchanges, additonal delivery charges will be appiled. Incase the product has already been delivered to you, the exchange will be made only after we receive back the product that was initally delivered to you.
5. When will I receive the product I requested for exchange?
Once you have comfirmed the request for the exchange, we will follow you back either through email or through a call. It will take 2-3 business days for us to deliver your requested exchange. Please note that delivery outside Kathmandu Valley may take up to few busniess days depending upon the situation.
6. I want a refund. What are the means to it?
We accept refunds through online banking only. In other cases, you can either opt for an exchange or drop by our office at Thamel, Kathmandu to get the refund.
7. I have not received my refund in my bank account. Why?
We will follow you up with email confirming the refund request. We make sure that you get your refund in time and in case if you dont get it by the precise time, you can directly conatct us . We’d gladly help you out wih it.
8. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
If you change your mind and would like to retain the product, kindly inform us about your cancel request. Incase the product is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement when it’s delivered to you.
9. What is your international return policy?
Due to international courier issues, for the goods that have been shipped internationally, will not be replaced or refunded.
