Makalu E-Traders is an outdoor sportswear manufacturing and retailer company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The company deals with Trekking Equipment, Mountaineering Gears and other products and also provides Trekking and Mountaineering Gears for renting in an affordable price.

How can I make a payment?

For payment, we accept Cash on Delivery, Debit and Credit card, online payment gateway (eSewa, QPay, Khalti) and bank transfer.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver all the products within 1-7 days in Nepal based on distance and within 4 weeks around the world after payment. Once we get your order, we will process your order send you a confirmation email.

What is the minimum order amount?

Minimum order amount is NRs. 1500 in Nepal and US $ 100 for other country. Shipping cost will be an extra charge.
