Beal Rappel Gloves is a all-leather gloves, reinforced where the rope runs, specially adapted for descending the rope. Climbing gloves are basically designed to protect hands from burning or rubbing whilst maneuvering ropes, descending or assuring. The Beal model Rappel Gloves is all leather, ergonomic, a well-adjusted fit, yet keeping a great range of flexibility of movement.

Beal Rappel Gloves is precise and comfortable, with second skin feel. One piece of leather is juxtaposed between the base of the fingers and the top of the palm reinforces this fragile zone due to the cord passage. This reinforced area could have maybe been better(if technically possible in this zone that deals with a lot of friction) if it was harmonized with the fingers, to avoid the leather becoming baggy when the leather stretches.
